Professor Fujita received the French International Prize (Chemistry), Le Grand Prix 2022 de la Fondation de la Maison de la Chimie. This award is one of the highest scientific awards in France, and is awarded to researchers of any nationality who have made significant scientific achievements that benefit humans, society, or nature. In 2022, the 18th Grand Prix will be awarded jointly to Prof. Fujita and Prof. Klaus Müllen of Germany, and the prize of 50,000 euros will be shared by them equally. The award ceremony will be held in Paris next February.
Prof. Fujita was selected as a Grand Prix Medal of the French International Prize in Chemistry.
